07 September 2010 PUBLIC DEFENSE OF A DOCTORATE DISSERTATION TOOK PLACE

7 July 2010 in the Institute of International Relations a dissertation of Associate Professor of Law of Private International Law Department Alexander Biryukov with the title “Cross-Border Bankruptcies in Private International Law” occurred that was presented for acquiring a scientific degree of Doctor of Law on speciality 12.00.03 – civil law and civil procedure; family law; private international law.

Anatoliy Dovgert, Doctor of Law, Professor, Correspondent Member of Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the Head of the Private International Law Department of the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University was a scientific consultant of this dissertation.
