Basic provisions of the educational process in higher education of Ukraine and other countries of the world, the information and analysis activity of professional information international analysts were analyzed. The structure of higher education in Ukraine and other countries of the world, the system of higher education standards, elements of training activities, methodological principles and content of information analytical work in international relations was reviewed . The ability of self-dependent learning of students, the formulation of the main tasks of information-analytical work in international relations; leading of information retrieval, content analysis of documents and analytical and synthetic information processing and the formation of the outcome were investigated.
