History of the Chair

 

The Department of foreign economic activity management was founded in 1990 as the department of foreign economic activity management and marketing. V.D. Prylyuk became the associate professor of the department and managed it until 1993.
In 1993 the department was renamed to “the department of foreign economic activity management”. Doctor of Economics A.I. Kredisov became the head of the department. He’s been filled with the problems and achievements of the department for ten years.
In 2003 he transferred his powers to his former student V.A. Vergun, who is still in this position.
In 2007 the department prepared and published the first in Ukraine textbook on international business – “International Business”.
In 2008 according to its specialty, courses and disciplines the department was renamed again. Now it is “the Department of International Business”.
