    PhD, junior research scientist of IIR.
Graduated from historic faculty of Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University in 1994. Succeeded PhD on the topic «UN role in the former Yogoslavia crisis management (first part of the 90th)» (2000).
Specialist in the sphere of international organizations, diplomatic protocol and etiquette.

Igor’ P. Cherin’ko, PhD student of the Chair (2008 – 2011):

  • The National Academy of Science of Ukraine Award (section: history, philosophy, law), 2006. bestowed for the cycle of published scientific works "European policy and Ukraine".
  • In the cycle of scientific works was proposed a conceptual ground of research of European political processes and the role and place of them for Ukraine. The works published by the author were tasted in his speeches in the scientific conferences, round tables etc. Beginning his researches from scientific – popular articles, author had published a number of scientific works, inter alia being one of the authors of monograph and author of scientific brochure.
  • Viktor Pinchuk Fund Grant "Zavtra. UA", Ukraine, 2007.
  • Àuthor of more than 60 scientific publications, among them more than 20 in the magazines, accredited in the Supreme attestation Commission of Ukraine.
